Onion Dip

Ingredients

Prairie Farms french onion dip
1-2 bunches of green onion chopped

Mix together

Side Note

For a more flavorful taste make this the day before.
Use smaller onion. Bigger onion has less flavor
I've tryed the no name brand of french onion and it was awful. Use a name brand.

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cups half and half
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
1 T. sugar
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 t. instant espresso or coffee powder (I use Folgers Cappuccino Mocha Chocolate)
4-5 vanilla beans or cinnamon sticks for garnish

Heat the milk and half and half in a saucepan on medium heat to just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat an add both chocolates. When the chocolates are melted, add the sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso and whisk vigorously and serve.

Side Note
This makes a lot
It's not cheap to make but it's so worth it.

Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine

1 T. paprika
2 lb. peeled shrimp

Cajun Seasoning

In a large sauce pan melt butter. Then ass onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and saute for about a minute or two. Add rest of ingredients to the pan, (Except shrimp and noodles). Let it cook together for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure all the cheese is melted. Stir often so the sauce does not burn. Add shrimp.
In another pan, prepare fettuccine noodles as directed. Drain when done. Mix the sauce in with the noodles on you can just top your noodles with the sauce on your plate.

Side Note

I chop the shrimp up into bite size piece.
Sometime I just make the sauce and use it as a dip.
