Crockpot Korean Ribs

Ingredients

Package of boneless country ribs
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
5 whole jalapeno peppers (peppers gives the ribs a smokey flavor not heat)
1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix in a bowl the soy sauce, water and brown sugar. Place frozen ribs in the crockpot. Pour the soy sauce mixture on top and then put jalapenos on top. I cook them on medium for 8 hrs. Everytime I go into the kitchen I would rotate the ribs from bottom to top.
